In this line of work there was no shortage of odd jobs, whether that was the case itself, the client, or both. What set Miles on edge was the time of the initial meeting. As clients they met with at a normal hour, the investigations where saved for the dark of night.

Usually.

So it was that Miles found himself out in the middle of graveyard in the pitch of night. He adjusted the front of his IOPSA-issued jacket, the Union Jack displayed on the right sleeve, smoothing down the front of it before he found the location within the graveyard where he was supposed to meet this man. And the client did stick out like a sore thumb in the middle of a collection of tombstones, wearing a suit, and pacing back and forth. Miles raised an eyebrow but otherwise his expression settled on a professional neutral as he approached.

"I hope I didn't keep you waiting," Miles said as he came close enough to be heard.
